iSupport Worldwide is looking for a Junior Application Solutions Engineer to join our growing in-house DevOps team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with a passion for programming, business applications, and problem-solving. You’ll assist in building, customizing, and supporting internal systems that power operations across departments such as HR, Recruitment, Finance, IT, and Marketing. Basic knowledge of Python and SQL is required, and familiarity with Odoo (ERP platform) is a strong plus.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Assist in the development and maintenance of internal business applications and automation tools
Perform basic system configurations and customizations using Python and SQL
Support data analysis tasks, including creating reports and dashboards for stakeholders
Collaborate with senior engineers, DevOps, and functional teams to understand business requirements
Perform application testing, debugging, and documentation of new features and changes
Monitor application performance and support issue resolution through logical troubleshooting
Contribute to continuous improvement of internal systems for HR, Recruitment, CRM, Finance, and other operations
Learn and support the Odoo ERP platform (training provided)

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field
Fresh graduates are welcome; 1+ year of relevant experience is a plus
Basic knowledge of Python programming
Understanding of SQL and relational databases
Logical and analytical thinking with a problem-solving mindset
Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, APIs) is a bonus
Experience or interest in Odoo (ERP) is a strong advantage
