What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Complete requestor’s orders, including quotes and inquiries, ranging from basic to complex.

• Issue purchase orders, source products, cross-reference items, and negotiate pricing and delivery schedules with suppliers.

• Analyze and resolve internal customer concerns using established procedures.

• Manage change orders and ensure accuracy in purchase order information.

• Investigate overdue, damaged, or missing shipments.

• Recommend and collaborate on alternative products when necessary.

• Assist customers with buying decisions and inquiries.

• Maintain strong relationships with internal colleagues and external vendors.

• Meet department productivity and quality standards.

• Perform additional duties or projects as needed.

Who are we looking for?

• 3+ years of Procurement or Finance experience, preferably in the Biotech or Pharma fields.

• College degree preferred.

• Creative problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Strong listening skills with concise and effective communication.

• Excellent product and process knowledge for a specific market.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; experience with Coupa and NetSuite is a plus.
