iSupport Worldwide is looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Jr. Platform Engineer to join our DevOps team. This role focuses on monitoring, maintaining, and supporting Odoo systems hosted in AWS and Azure, as well as managing virtual machines and basic infrastructure services. You'll work closely with our DevOps engineers to ensure platform reliability, automate tasks, and drive operational excellence.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Monitor and maintain uptime, performance, and security of all Odoo systems in AWS and Azure
Perform routine maintenance and basic administration of Windows Server virtual machines and Linux-based systems
Assist in the provisioning and management of AWS EC2 instances, storage, and networking components
Support infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud service configurations
Troubleshoot VM issues, application performance bottlenecks, and deployment problems
Contribute to backup strategies, system patching, and documentation of cloud infrastructure
Support Odoo deployments, performance tuning, and troubleshooting issues related to application and infrastructure
Contribute to documentation of systems, processes, and cloud configurations
Support compliance activities for standards such as SOC 2, PCI DSS, and HIPAA
Help improve monitoring and alerting using tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar
Collaborate with DevOps engineers and developers in sprint planning and daily operations

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
At least 1 year of relevant experience or strong internship background in IT infrastructure or DevOps support
Familiarity with Windows Server VMs (e.g., basic setup, RDP access, patching) and AWS EC2/Azure VM management
Knowledge of Odoo, Python, and Linux administration is a strong advantage
Basic understanding of networking, firewalls, security groups, and DNS in cloud environments
Exposure to DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins/GitLab CI, and Terraform is a plus
Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced cloud environment
