We are seeking a proactive Junior Marketing Associate to assist in executing a variety of marketing initiatives, including creating and editing presentations, coordinating webinars, managing social media platforms, and supporting day-to-day marketing tasks. Reporting directly to the VP and collaborating closely with the marketing team, this role ensures seamless alignment of marketing efforts with the overall product strategy.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

 Deck Building & Presentation Support:

  • Assist in building decks and presentations for various marketing initiatives and meetings, ensuring they are polished and visually compelling.
  • Update existing decks with new data, visuals, and messaging based on current marketing campaigns.

Webinar Scheduling & Coordination:

  • Coordinate and manage the scheduling of webinars, ensuring all stakeholders are informed, and the platform is set up for smooth execution.
  • Handle webinar logistics, including setup, invitations, reminders, and post-event follow-up.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage the company's social media platforms, including posting content, engaging with followers, and tracking social media performance.
  • Work with the marketing team to implement social media strategies that align with broader marketing goals.

Marketing Support:

  • Assist with general marketing tasks such as research, competitive analysis, and supporting campaign development.
  • Help coordinate and support content creation, ensuring messaging is aligned across all channels.


Who are we looking for?

  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience as a Junior Marketing Associate or in Marketing and Communications.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and/or Microsoft Office.
  • Strong skills in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides) for deck creation.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and social media management tools.
  • Experience with marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Experience with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, GoToWebinar) is a plus.
  • Adobe Suite experience is a plus.
  • Highly organized, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
