What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

 Strategic and Business Planning

  • Collaborating with leadership team to define medium and long-term operational goals and strategies.
  • Identifying opportunities for improving portfolio value, and identifying high value property acquisitions.
  • Oversee management, refinement and execution of the business plan and marketing plan.

Team Leadership and Development

  • On-boarding, hiring, managing and training a team of marketing, sales, and support teams.
  • Providing guidance and support to team members to develop a high functioning high performance team.
  • Planning and leading weekly leadership calls with the principals.

Financial Management

  • Preparing and managing financial reports forecasting operating expenses, revenue, profit and loss, financial accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Monitoring financial performance and implementing strategies to improve profitability.

Operational Efficiency

  • Implementing, documenting and improving operational processes and systems.
  • Utilizing technology and software tools to streamline workflows.
  • Implementing maintaining and executing an investment property and property investor acquisition lead generation and marketing plan. 

Reporting and Analysis

  • Preparing regular reports on property performance, occupancy rates, financials, and other key metrics for the leadership team or stakeholders.
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about trends.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensuring compliance with local, state, federal regulations, and staying updated on changes in real estate syndication laws that may impact operations.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in Real Estate or Commercial Real Estate Investment.
  • Background in Business Administration or Management.
  • Strong experience in Finance, with a focus on financial analysis and reporting.
  • Proven expertise in Project ManagementCRM Management, and Lead Generation.
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis and Reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of Legal and Regulatory Compliance within the real estate industry.
  • Solid experience with Social Media and online marketing tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to execute Strategic Vision and drive company growth.
