We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who will be responsible for generating qualified leads by making outbound calls to dental offices nationwide, inquiring about unused equipment for sale. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, perseverance, and the ability to engage with office managers and decision-makers. You will be tasked with overcoming objections, documenting leads, and maintaining detailed records within our CRM system.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Make 140-200 calls daily to dental offices across the nation, engaging with office managers and dentists to inquire about unused equipment for sale.
  • Secure 12 qualified leads per month by identifying equipment sales opportunities through effective questioning and relationship building.
  • Send 100 emails per week to potential clients to follow up on calls and nurture leads.
  • Accurately document each interaction in the CRM system, ensuring that all relevant details and follow-up actions are recorded.
  • Overcome objections from gatekeepers and decision-makers, using tact and persistence to engage in meaningful conversations.
  • Sort through CRM data to identify potential equipment purchase opportunities.
  • Provide courteous and professional service to both internal and external customers, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
  • Ensure that daily call targets are met without compromising the quality of the conversations and lead qualification.
  • Maintain a professional and reputable image of the company in all interactions.
  • Maintain a consistent positive attitude, handling rejection gracefully and continuing to meet performance targets.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Procurement Manager.

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in customer service or outbound calling, with a proven track record of handling volume calls and email outreach.
  • Ability to make 140-200 outbound calls daily and send 100 emails per week.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport quickly and engage in productive conversations.
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track and manage leads.
  • A consistently positive and motivated attitude, with the ability to stay focused on goals and overcome setbacks.
  • Proficiency in using basic computer software, including familiarity with Windows operating systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to document information accurately.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
