We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist focused on owning outbound prospecting, pipeline creation, and converting high-value prospects into qualified sales opportunities. This role drives revenue through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and account research, engaging senior decision-makers, conducting consultative discovery conversations, and managing a data-driven CRM pipeline to ensure consistent pipeline growth and sales opportunity conversion.


What is your mission?

  • Execute end-to-end outbound prospecting including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and targeted account research
  • Identify and engage senior decision-makers such as executives, founders, operations leaders, and department heads
  • Conduct consultative discovery conversations to effectively communicate value proposition and qualify leads
  • Convert prospects into qualified meetings, discovery calls, and sales opportunities
  • Build, manage, and maintain an accurate CRM pipeline with proper tracking, follow-ups, and data hygiene
  • Perform market research, account mapping, and industry analysis to drive consistent pipeline growth
  • Maintain a professional presence and represent the organization with credibility in all external interactions
  • Ensure consistent outreach activity levels and contribute directly to revenue growth


Who are we looking for?

  • Background in business, sales, or related fields preferred; no strict education requirement
  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or business development (SDR/BDR) roles
  • Demonstrated track record in cold calling and high-volume outbound outreach
  • Experience engaging senior decision-makers and converting prospects into qualified opportunities
  • Exposure to end-to-end lead generation processes from prospecting to meeting conversion
  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles, preferably within services, staffing, or workforce solutions
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) with strong pipeline management and data hygiene discipline
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, prospecting tools, and dialer systems (ViciDial, Nuacom, or similar)
  • Strong expertise in outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and lead qualification techniques
  • Ability to maintain a structured, data-driven pipeline and manage high outreach volumes
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for executive-level conversations
  • Highly organized, with strong time management and follow-through
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and hit performance targets
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
  • Professional, confident, and consultative communication style
