What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Serve as the first contact point for all operational aspects.
  • Provide business analytics to ensure visibility on operational efficiency by maintaining a weekly/monthly management dashboard.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that drive process and performance improvement to help achieve team objectives.
  • Work closely with Sales Support Associates and cross-functional teams to ensure service level commitments, deliverables, order shipment issues, and required resources are met.
  • Oversee day-to-day service process performance, manage workflow, handle escalations, delegate tasks effectively, and drive strategy to improve internal and external customer experience.
  • Implement policies on the filing, documentation, and approval of PTO and attendance administration.
  • Identify functional and behavioral training and development needs of employees to support team goals and objectives through Monthly Performance Discussions.
  • Set annual goals and ensure that the team’s development goals are aligned with their career progression.
  • Onboard new team members, coordinate systems access, and manage the new hire training plan.
  • Adhere to regularization, performance appraisal, quarterly performance appraisal, rewards and recognition, and development planning for the team.
  • Ensure and promote the development of the management team and succession planning through coaching, training, and leadership development.
  • Monitor the retention of existing staff in the Global Supply Chain (GSC) and manage the acquisition and development of future staff to meet business needs, including selection, goal setting, feedback, appraisals, and coaching.
  • Maintain an energizing, high-performance teamwork environment that reflects HAVI values, fosters a collaborative team-based culture, and promotes a service mindset.


Who are we looking for?

  • High School or College Graduate.
  • 1 to 2 years of people management experience.
  • Exposure to account management, particularly with US companies, retailers, and relationship management.
  • Experience in order management (tangible or intangible goods).
  • Experience in Project Management and Process Quality Assurance.
  • Proficiency in Oracle and SAP.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally by phone or email.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Initiative and ability to prioritize tasks independently.
  • Ability to learn and apply new information proactively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic, including neatness and punctuality.
