Learning and Development Associate Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Learning & Development (L&D) Associate Manager to design and lead training strategies that drive employee growth and client success. In this role, you will oversee program design and delivery, partner with clients on customized solutions, and lead a team of trainers to achieve excellence. What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Develop and implement quarterly and annual L&D strategies aligned with business goals
  • Partner with clients to conduct Training Needs Analysis and design customized solutions
  • Recommend holistic approaches such as coaching, mentoring, and skills development
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of trainers to ensure quality and effectiveness
  • Oversee end-to-end design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs
  • Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and billable services
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze ROI, and present reports to senior management and clients
  • Manage budgets, resources, and standardized L&D processes efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with company, client, and industry best practices


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of Learning & Development experience, including 3 years in leadership
  • Proven client-facing experience in designing and delivering customized training solutions
  • Experience in BPO or fast-paced, client-driven environments is a strong advantage
  • Strong expertise in strategic planning, project management, and execution
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with focus on measurable outcomes
