Learning and Development Coordinator

We are looking for a Learning And Development Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and administration of training programs that enhance employee performance and professional growth across the organization. This role ensures training sessions are scheduled and delivered effectively, learning systems and records are accurately maintained, training effectiveness is evaluated, and learning initiatives are consistently supported through strong coordination, reporting, and collaboration with Human Resources and business leaders.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Coordinate onboardingcompliance, and ongoing training programs to support employee development
  • Schedule training sessions, manage participant enrollment, and coordinate logistics for instructor‑led, virtual, and blended learning sessions
  • Prepare and distribute training materials, presentations, and learning resources to support facilitators
  • Maintain accurate training recordsenrollment data, and completion tracking within learning management systems
  • Generate training reports, compliance documentation, and learning analytics for stakeholders
  • Support evaluation of training effectiveness and assist with continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist in updating learning materials, curricula, and development content
  • Partner with Human Resources, leadership, and cross‑functional teams to identify development needs
  • Support communication related to learning initiatives, employee development, and engagement programs


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human ResourcesEducationCommunicationsBusiness, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in Learning and Developmenttraining coordinationHuman Resources, or a related role
  • Proven experience coordinating end‑to‑end training programs, including scheduling, logistics, materials, and communication
  • Hands‑on experience administering learning management systems, maintaining training records, and generating reports
  • Working knowledge of adult learning principles and training best practices
  • Exposure to instructional design or learning content development, including presentations, job aids, or e‑learning modules
  • Experience supporting leadership development or professional development programs
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and common workplace productivity tools
  • Strong organizationalproject coordination, and time‑management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, growing environment
