What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Work closely with our sales team to develop accurate lighting solutions promptly.

• Attend product training sessions throughout the year to enhance knowledge of new luminaire technologies and optics.

• Provide design assistance and technical services to the full specifying community.

• Be well-versed in specifier design assistance, lighting agent support, and all aspects of construction project work.

• Collaborate with Specification and Contractor/Distributor teams to ensure project success throughout the entire construction sales cycle.

• Work cross-functionally with peers to develop best practices, identify improvement opportunities, and share successes.

• Ensure quick and proper responses to all customer requests.

Who are we looking for?

• Must have an Associate Degree or higher.

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience building lighting layouts.

• Understanding of basic electrical components (relays, drivers, ballasts, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of electrical basics, low voltage, and line voltage.

• Fluency in AutoCAD.

• Knowledge of lighting control systems and how different components interact (dimming, switching, bi-level).

• Must have experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

• Working knowledge of lighting code requirements.

• Ability to work independently.

• Strong technical aptitude and/or electrical experience.
