We are looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Logistics Analyst with a solid background in the 3PL logistics industry. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, as well as a strong understanding of transportation, warehousing, and import/export brokerage.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Develop a deep understanding of global logistics and become an expert in the client’s Logistics & Supply Chain processes, both within systems (EBS) and throughout product movements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with 3PL providers, focusing on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Lead process improvements that support the Strategic Business Units (SBUs), and collaborate with 3PLs and logistics carriers to implement ongoing enhancements.
  • Coordinate and manage daily transactions between the client and 3PLs.
  • Oversee value-added service/rework quotes and their execution.
  • Prepare commercial invoices and ensure compliance with import/export customs requirements.
  • Manage inventory transfers and process shipments through the carrier’s TMS.
  • Review and implement customer compliance guidelines, as well as shipping and routing instructions.
  • Oversee transportation activities to and from warehouse locations, including reverse logistics.
  • Manage, validate, and resolve chargebacks.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as needed.

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in the logistics industry, with a foundational understanding of order fulfillment, transportation, warehousing, and import/export brokerage.
  • Familiar with domestic and international shipping methods, including parcels, UPS, and FedEx.
  • Experienced in preparing commercial invoices.
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Capable of communicating professionally and effectively via phone or email.
  • Demonstrates initiative, effective task prioritization, and strong organizational skills.
  • Possesses solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals and teams.
  • Adaptable to changing business needs and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP, CRM, and TMS/WMS systems.
  • Exhibits a strong work ethic, including punctuality and attention to detail.
