We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to support the development and execution of our brand’s marketing strategy. This role offers the opportunity to be deeply involved in all aspects of our marketing efforts, from brand building to campaign execution. As part of a close-knit team, you will work directly with the company President to implement marketing initiatives that promote our innovative, American-made motorcycle parts. The ideal candidate is energetic, team-oriented, and ready to take ownership of various marketing projects.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Explore methods to increase traffic to the company website and develop new promotional activities or partnerships to specifically acquire new customers.
  • Find and recruit advocates and influencers using creative methods and channels such as social media and forums.
    • Manage and grow a list of advocates with quarterly touches and engagement.
  • Work with existing social media channels.
    • Follow up on all YouTube comments to grow advocates.
  • Develop dealer growth and support.
    • Regular dealer calls to ensure the brand remains present in the top 20% of the network.
    • Create display materials and campaigns.
  • Manage reviews on all reseller channels such as Revzilla and Amazon.
  • Distribute a fixed budget of products to influencers as new products arrive in stock, generating efficient returns.
  • Learn to leverage ad campaigns on the Amazon channel.
  • Improve the company’s Amazon experience.
  • Learn to leverage ad campaigns on YouTube to set goals and manage viewership growth.
    • Leverage the existing video portfolio and production studio to generate more views through distribution and partnerships with other YouTube channels.
  • Manage and grow social media channels, finding ways to get more people to experience the product value and innovation of the brand.
  • Consistently create content (to include writing, creating layout, taking pictures, taking video, and editing) and post for various social networking such as the company blog, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. 
  • Assist with the creation of the website to include selecting images, writing copy to appear on the site, and assist in directing a web development company.
  • Work closely with the company directors to help in conceptualizing ad campaigns and creating the overall marketing strategy.
  • Create marketing materials and collateral to promote the client's company, including direct mail pieces, email newsletters, social networking and website promotions.


Who are we looking for?

  • Knowledge of the Motorcycle or Adventure Touring Motorcycle segment.
  • 1 to 3 years of similar marketing experience with proven creative independence and success.
  • Experience in retail industry is a plus.
  • Experience using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign or Photoshop.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (including Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Familiarity with Gants such as Smartsheet.
  • Experience with social media, PPC or Amazon.
  • Ad campaign experience.
  • With community management experience.
  • Solid understanding of brand strategy and its relationship to the overall customer experience.
  • Excellent writing skills for producing web content, marketing collateral, and various promotional materials.
  • An “eye” for Art/Design; enough to be proficient with layout and photo shoot direction.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong desire to be working with and be part of a successful team and grow professionally.
  • Demonstrated capacity for original thinking and independent initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Consistent ability to meet deadlines agreed upon with the team.
