We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a knack for understanding and replicating writing styles. This role involves reviewing old posts to align with our brand voice, creating engaging post templates for LinkedIn and actively engaging with our network through comments.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner client by performing these tasks:

  • Content Review: Analyze and review previous posts to understand and maintain the company's writing style and tone.
  • Content Planning: Build and maintain a content calendar based on education and awareness. Leading the effort in MailChimp to produce weekly educational drip campaigns that correlate to social media content.
  • Content Creation: Develop and design post templates for LinkedIn that align with our brand guidelines. Content should be focused on both highlighting business value adds as well as personal lifestyle choices that differentiate Leadership from other investors.
  • Advertising: Build and execute strong social media ads on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram to boost engagement and bring in new leads. Have understanding of boosting posts properly, creating ads from scratch, and formulating look alike audiences. 
  • Engagement: Comment on posts within our network to increase visibility and engagement. Respond to comments on Leadership’s posts to foster engagement and community interaction. Additionally, become a part of relevant Facebook and LinkedIn groups to gather leads, promote the company, and add value through posts and comments.
  • Additional Content: Formulate blog posts and articles to be published across different websites or publications where our investor avatar would see the content, gather intel on potential podcasts for CEO to appear as guest on, and quarterly populate content for a new e-book that can be used as a valued lead tool.
     

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing
  • Proven experience in email marketing, with a focus on growing newsletter subscribers through social media and website CTAs
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members executing on-the-ground marketing efforts
  • Proactive approach in identifying and requesting necessary content or resources from leadership
  • Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing tools
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
