What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Have a well rounded understanding of classic and modern vehicles with prior work experience
• Review/edit and upload mechanical breakdown inspections (written reports, pictures, videos)
• Ensure content accuracy, completeness, technical verbiage, spelling, punctuation, grammar of reports before they're submitted to our clients.
• Interact as needed with clients, inspectors, and internal employees by phone, email, and i/m.
• Respond to emails (as needed)
• Answer incoming calls (as needed)
• Offer phone or email assistance to technicians in the field
• Provide exceptional Customer service to all internal and external customers
• You will be highly dependable and be a proud owner of your assigned workload
• Happily perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by management as needed
• Able to work quickly and efficiently with minimal oversight. Have a reliable/fast internet connection

Who are we looking for?

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience supporting customers, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide support via phone or email.
• A solid understanding of classic and modern vehicles with relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in technical report writing and editing.
• High dependability and ability to work independently.
