We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Mechanical Reviewer to join our team. In this role, you will review, edit, and upload mechanical breakdown inspections, ensuring all reports, pictures, and videos meet our accuracy and quality standards before submission to clients. You’ll use your strong understanding of both classic and modern vehicles to verify technical content while providing outstanding customer service to clients, inspectors, and internal staff. This position requires strong communication skills, a high level of dependability, and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Have a well-rounded understanding of classic and modern vehicles with prior work experience.
  • Review, edit, and upload mechanical breakdown inspections, including written reports, pictures, and videos.
  • Ensure content accuracy, completeness, and proper technical verbiage, spelling, punctuation, and grammar before reports are submitted to clients.
  • Interact as needed with clients, inspectors, and internal employees via phone, email, and instant messaging.
  • Respond to emails as needed.
  • Offer phone or email assistance to technicians in the field.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Be highly dependable and take ownership of your assigned workload.
  • Willingly perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by management.
  • Work quickly and efficiently with minimal oversight.
  • Have a reliable and fast internet connection for remote work.


Who are we looking for?

  • 5 years of customer-related service experience, preferably in a virtual call center environment.
  • A remote workspace that is quiet and free from distractions.
  • Your own PC or laptop for work.
  • Strong phone and computer skills.
  • Quality high-speed internet connection.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via text, email, and phone with customers, vendors, inspectors, and technicians.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to owning the work assigned to you.
