We are looking for an Meeting Setter who will be responsible for contacting new leads to schedule appointments for the Investor Relations Manager, meticulously tracking touch points, and ensuring consistent follow-up. Additionally, you will provide comprehensive reports and insights on lead generation activities, appointment conversion rates, and other essential key performance indicators. Your role also involves researching and coordinating the Investor Relations Manager's attendance at local meetups, conferences, and networking events, as well as booking appearances on podcasts and other speaking opportunities to enhance visibility and outreach efforts.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner client by performing these tasks:

  • Contact new leads to schedule appointments for the Investor Relations Manager, ensuring timely follow-up and maintaining detailed records of all touch points.
  • Track and analyze lead generation activities, appointment conversion rates, and other key performance indicators to provide insightful reports and recommendations for optimizing lead generation efforts.
  • Research and coordinate the Investor Relations Manager's attendance at local meetups, happy hours, conferences, and networking events to expand the company's network and visibility within the industry.
  • Identify and secure opportunities for the Investor Relations Manager to appear on podcasts and other speaking engagements, leveraging these platforms to increase brand awareness and attract new leads.
  • Collaborate closely with the Investor Relations Manager and other team members to develop and execute effective lead-generation strategies aligned with business objectives and goals.


Who are we looking for?

  • At least 2 years telemarketing appointment setting experience.
  • Able to manage data in spreadsheets and CRM.
  • Prepare and analyze marketing and sales pipeline reports.
  • Make a high volume of outbound B2B calls and emails daily, 125 calls/emails a day.
  • Great telephone etiquette and articulation.
  • Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Work independently while being a team player and achieving quotas.
  • Organized, solid professionalism.
  • Ability to follow script and compliance.
  • Ability to handle and overcome objections based on training tools and scripting objectives.
  • An incredible work ethic and willingness to work every day.
  • Strong negotiating skills.
  • Familiarity with Windows-based programs.
  • Ability to work under deadlines while being detail-oriented.
  • Field basic questions and concerns about products and services.
