We are looking for a Professional Services Network Testing Engineer to join our team. In this customer-facing role, you will leverage your expertise in network testing and telecommunications to deliver customized solutions, optimize network performance, and ensure client satisfaction. You will be responsible for implementing and configuring TEMS products, conducting comprehensive network tests, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Install, upgrade, and configure TEMS products according to client requirements

  • Conduct comprehensive testing of network performance using TEMS solutions

  • Gather and analyze mobile network test data using TEMS products and present it to clients

  • Design and implement custom solutions by creating workflows and running tailored scripts

  • Provide expert consultation to clients on network testing methodologies and best practices

  • Prepare detailed documentation of test procedures, results, and recommendations

  • Deliver remote and onsite training sessions to clients on the usage and capabilities of TEMS products

  • Integrate TEMS solutions with other applications within the customer environment

  • Manage cloud-based system and database administration of systems running TEMS platforms

  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders

  • Work remotely with occasional travel to customer premises


Who are we looking for?

  • 4+ years of technical engineering experience or 4+ years of Telecom vendor and/or operator experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field

  • In-depth knowledge of telecommunications technologies such as LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, etc.

  • Proficiency in data analysis, including data collection, result analysis, and data visualization using BI platforms like Tableau and Grafana

  • Ability to code with languages like Python or C#

  • Experience with operating systems (Linux and Windows) and database administration

  • Experience with cloud environments like AWS, GCP, and Azure

  • Understanding of IT/networking protocols and IP standards

  • Experience presenting solutions to customers based on provided requirements

  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to think innovatively and creatively

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
