We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Clerk to support our contracts and operations administration for the Harvest & Roads division. This role requires excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Onboard new operations contractors and update existing contractor records.

  • Prepare, route, and file contracts such as MICAs, MSAs, and work orders.

  • Collect, file, and monitor Certificates of Insurance (COIs).

  • Route and code expense vouchers via MediusFlow (AP automation).

  • Maintain accurate records for Harvest & Roads operations.

  • Provide general administrative coordination and support.

  • Support internal and external customer requests promptly and professionally.


Who are we looking for?

  • 2–3 years or more of administrative experience

  • Working knowledge in contracts administration and monitoring

  • Experience in onboarding new contractors and updating agreements (MICA, MSA, work orders)

  • Experience handling Certificates of Insurance (COI)

  • Experience routing and coding expense vouchers in accounts payable automation systems (e.g., MediusFlow)

  • Experience filing and maintaining various operations records

  • Experience with DocuSign or other contract management systems (preferred)

  • Knowledge of the timber industry (preferred)

  • Excellent proficiency in oral and written English with a neutral accent

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Proven ability to learn and adapt to new applications and tools

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to complete a high volume of work accurately and on time

  • Comfortable asking questions and seeking clarity

  • Demonstrates ownership, initiative, and a go-getter attitude

  • Maintains professionalism and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Creative problem-solver with a “can do” attitude

  • Views challenges as opportunities for growth

  • Able to provide prompt support and general administrative coordination as needed
