We are seeking for a dedicated Automotive Operations Support Staff that will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the satisfaction of our fleet and consumer clients. They will be responsible for responding to various forms of communications, building quotes, ordering parts and supporting our technicians.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner client by performing these tasks:

Customer and Technician Communication

  • Answer and respond to technician phone calls
  • Answer and respond to customer phone calls
  • Answer and respond to emails for consumer clients and vendors

Quotes and Orders Management

  • Build quotes for both fleet and consumer clients, ensuring parts availability.
  • Order parts for both fleet and consumer clients, including creating purchase orders and processing parts returns.

Job Modifications and Support

  • Properly modify jobs as needed to ensure they are closed out correctly.
  • Support technician ledger adjustments to maintain accurate records.

Tool and Platform Utilization

  • Utilize Slack, TalkDesk, Wrench Admin, and vendor websites effectively.

Warranty and Profile Management

  • Address customer warranty and third-party warranty jobs and issues.
  • Maintain and update technician profiles, service areas, parts accounts, etc.

Cross-Training

  • Participate in cross-training to ensure the ability to fill in any necessary gaps in performance.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist, preferably within fleet operations or automotive industries.
  • Customer support experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge in automotive is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with our technicians and consumers.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Able to start immediately (ASAP starters only).
  • Willingness to work during weekends and on a shifting schedule.
