What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC and DSP) across multiple product lines to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee advertising budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and achieve consistent growth in advertising performance and investment.
  • Source, analyze, and interpret data to inform advertising strategies, utilizing tools such as Excel and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Design customized reporting and data visualization methods to provide actionable insights and highlight performance trends across product lines.
  • Identify and address process inefficiencies in campaign management, and develop tools, processes, and reporting systems to enhance daily operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline campaign execution and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Stay updated on Amazon Advertising innovations, eCommerce trends, and direct marketing best practices to incorporate new tools and strategies.
  • Serve as an internal expert on Amazon advertising, providing strategic recommendations and insights to improve advertising outcomes across the business.
  • Act as a liaison for feedback, delivering structured insights to data science, product, and development teams to enhance campaign reporting and automation.
  • Work with internal teams to drive automation and improve key components of campaign reporting and optimization.
  • Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Amazon PPC and DSP campaign management.
  • Exposure to Amazon advertising platforms, such as Ads Manager and Bids.
  • Experience with Amazon Performance analytics.
  • Background in managing Amazon Marketing Services.
  • Proficient in data analysis and SQL is required.
  • Proven track record in paid search account management, with a focus on performance-driven campaigns.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Google advertising is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
