You’ll drive profitable revenue growth for our e-commerce channels through data-driven decisions, A/B testing, and performance analysis. What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid search campaigns across Google AdsMeta AdsTikTok, and other platforms

  • Align campaign strategy with sales promotions, product launches, and company growth objectives

  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to optimize ad copy and structure

  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams for cohesive messaging and landing page optimization

Optimization & Performance Management

  • Monitor daily campaign performance, budget pacing, and spend

  • Optimize bids, budgets, keywords, and creative to improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS

  • Execute A/B testing on ad copy, audiences, and landing pages

  • Analyze conversion paths and customer behavior using Google Analytics (GA4)

Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and insights

  • Present actionable recommendations to leadership and stakeholders

  • Perform data analysis, forecasting, and budget tracking using Excel or Google Sheets

Innovation & Growth

  • Stay updated on search marketing trends, platform changes, and algorithms

  • Recommend test strategies and new campaign ideas to unlock profitable growth

  • Explore emerging platforms like YouTubeAmazon Ads, and retail media networks


Who are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns

  • Proficient in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display), Meta AdsTikTok Ads, and GA4

  • Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas) and PowerPoint for reporting

  • Proven track record of driving profitable revenue growth for consumer brands, DTC, or ecommerce

  • Experience managing monthly campaign budgets and forecasting spend

  • Skilled in A/B testing methodologies

  • Google Ads & Meta Certification preferred

  • Experience with shopping feeds, product listing ads (PLAs), and Google Merchant Center

  • Familiarity with Amazon Ads and retail media platforms a plus
