We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Associate to support our procurement operations. The role involves handling clerical tasks, managing vendor communications, creating purchase requests, and monitoring the status of purchase orders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining procurement trackers and ensuring efficient and timely processing of procurement activities.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Clerical and Administrative Support

  • Perform general clerical duties related to procurement operations.
  • Acknowledge and manage emails through a ticketing system in a timely manner.

Purchase Requests and Order Management

  • Create and process Purchase Requests (PRs) based on organizational needs.
  • Follow up on the delivery status of Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely receipt of goods and services.

Vendor Management

  • Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring clear communication and resolution of any procurement issues.
  • Consolidate proposals and quotations from vendors for internal review and decision-making.

Procurement Tracking and Reporting

  • Update and maintain procurement monitoring trackers, including requests, incidentals, and other relevant data.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of purchase orders, deliveries, and any procurement-related activities.

Communication and Coordination

  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure procurement needs are met effectively and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with vendors to follow up on deliveries and resolve any issues related to orders.

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 1 year experience in procurement, vendor management, or related clerical/administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with procurement software and ticketing systems is a plus.
