We are looking for a Product Data Admin to support the product development and management process. The ideal candidate will work across teams to ensure that item setup processes are executed efficiently and align with product launch timelines. This role involves maintaining comprehensive documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and performing data entry tasks to support the business needs.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Cultivate a general working knowledge of product development and management end-to-end workflow and process.

  • Create and maintain documentation related to item setup processes, ownership, execution tracking, and communication in IBM Notes.

  • Create timelines, touch points, and deadlines for all teams involved to ensure alignment of the item setup process with product launches.

  • Work with cross-functional teams, including the E-Commerce Data Administrator and Product Managers, to gather material information required to complete the item setup process for products and document it in a central repository.

  • Stay aligned with Product Managers to ensure all milestones are being met.

  • Identify gaps in the item setup process and quickly address them with the appropriate teams.

  • Perform regular data entry in IBM Notes to align with SAP business needs, ensuring all data fields required for item setup are complete and accurate.

  • Monitor communication from the Master Data Team to ensure all open requests are fulfilled.

  • Collaborate with relevant data stakeholders to obtain all required data properties for new products.

  • Upload, import, maintain, add new, publish, and report on required tool data as directed.

  • Create and maintain a reference document for all applicable tasks to support backfill if needed.

  • Own the ECR process and SKU maintenance after item launch, including communication to the full team.

  • Maintain all data for item changes, updates, and related activities for all products.

  • Reach out to the Master Data Team for any tools or data-related questions.

Who are we looking for? 

  • Experience in a consumer products-based environment (School, Office, Data Product)

  • Data entry experience (Spreadsheet, Excel)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Familiarity with SAP

  • Familiarity with IBM Notes
