Product Data Analyst I

We are looking for a Product Data Analyst I to manage product lifecycle data, validate product information, maintain master data, create SKUs, update ERP and PLM systems, and ensure data accuracy across attributes, BOMs, and supplier details. You will perform bulk uploads, maintain item status, apply business rules, update Oracle EBS, manage UPC/GTIN codes, and resolve data‑quality issues across product workflows.



What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Manage and validate item status across product lifecycle stages.
  • Conduct final reviews of product data to ensure alignment with commercialization requirements.
  • Maintain product master data including attributes, hierarchies, and relationships.
  • Apply business rules, perform data validation, and resolve data quality issues.
  • Create SKUs, assign UPC/GTIN/EAN codes, and update ERP/PLM records.
  • Manage item creation for Make items and BOM assignments in ERP and PLM systems.
  • Perform bulk uploads and downloads of product data.
  • Manually update Planning Details, Org Assignments, Sourcing Rules, and Approved Supplier Lists in Oracle EBS.
  • Create and maintain Color Variant BOMs and support Packaging BOMs.
  • Handle supplier quote creation and revisions.
  • Process Sample Requests for Product, Packaging, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Update legacy ERP items to align with current PLM data.
  • Perform special tasks and assignments as required.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS degree required).
  • 1–2 years relevant experience in the manufacturing industry with strong background in BOM and ERP/MRP operations.
  • Experience working with Bill of Materials, product lifecycle data, ERP environments, bulk uploads, data updates, and understanding product attributes and commercialization requirements.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups), capable of interpreting photometric‑like structures of product data, understanding ERP/PLM flows, and managing product data accuracy; exposure to Oracle EBS or any manufacturing ERP is acceptable.
  • Strong English communication skills, high adaptability, strong attention to detail, highly trainable, able to work cross‑functionally with global teams, and able to manage multiple product updates simultaneously.
