What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Review products and BOM for both non-finished and finished goods.
• Review, submit, and collaborate with a cross-functional team in setting up EMEA SKUs for both non-finished and finished goods, including inline and special make-up items.
• Validate, submit, and monitor the Sample Request Form (new and existing tooling) for color, sales, marketing, and test samples.
• Work with the CAP Merchandising team, AP Logistics, and EMEA Account Management teams on the progress of submitted SRFs and update the SRF tracker accordingly.
• Prepare, review, and submit the VBOM/BOM2 request.
• Review artwork files provided by the Graphics Team.
• Collaborate with the Global PM, packaging team, EMEA Senior Product Manager, and EMEA Graphics Designer for new packaging development.
• Review the list of items with final approval to initiate the Sample & Testing SRF process.
• Manage digital assets by uploading product and lifestyle images and creating collections.
• Assist in cascading and managing product and packaging updates, ensuring clear communication with the EMEA Sales Operations team.
• Work with product and packaging engineers to ensure the packaging bill of materials aligns with company and customer requirements for special make-up items.
• Create and manage the EMEA Replacement Parts file.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Supply Planner, and Account Management on the Marketing/Seeding sample process.
• Confirm final product selection for seasonal launches with the Sr. Product Manager and identify unique products/colors for EMEA.
• Cascade new items and discontinuations to the Sales & Supply Planning Team.
• Maintain and manage product management files in the shared drive.
• Attend the weekly client's team meeting with product, brand, and marketing teams.
• Manage inventory accuracy for product and sales samples in the 3PL warehouse.
• Support brand, product, and marketing asset creation, including catalogs and images.
• Send product management sample requests to the account management team.
• Respond to team member product-related inquiries.
• Perform special tasks as needed.

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum of 6 years in the Product Management and Development industry.
• Experience with master data management processes.
• Proven experience with Product Lifecycle Management Systems and product development.
• Preferably a bachelor’s degree in engineering, a technical course, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Centrix PLM, and/or similar systems is an additional benefit.
• Experience in shared services or BPO is an advantage.
• Experience working in an international and culturally diverse organization is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
