What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring all milestones are met and timelines are followed.
• Development Coordination: Oversee the daily development timelines across all internal and external teams, including third-party vendors. Ensure that tasks are clearly assigned and managed in Asana.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of product features and bug fixes.
• Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with third-party vendors, including contract negotiation, performance tracking, and deliverable management.
• Backlog Prioritization: Manage and prioritize the product backlog, working with the VP of Product and key stakeholders to ensure that development is aligned with business objectives.
• Budget Management: Track and manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and within agreed-upon limits.
• Performance Tracking: Work with the VP of Product to define and track key product metrics, making adjustments as needed to improve performance post-launch.
• Bug Tracking & Resolution: Ensure that bugs are logged, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner, coordinating with development teams to implement fixes.
• Project Management: Use Asana to manage all product-related tasks, timelines, and dependencies, providing regular status updates to the VP and leadership teams.

Who are we looking for?

• At least 1–2 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a technology or SaaS company.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering products on time and within budget.
• Experience with Product Life Cycle Management, backlog management, and prioritization.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Teams, and Asana.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, including agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with development processes, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
• Knowledge of reporting tools and platforms such as Google Analytics or other data visualization tools.
• Experience with MIRO for collaboration and planning.
• Basic understanding of IT development principles and processes.
• Familiarity with platform and marketplace operations, particularly in influencer marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once.
