We are looking for a Product Manger who leads end‑to‑end project planning, execution, and delivery across cross‑functional teams. This role focuses on project planning, stakeholder coordination, performance tracking, risk management, documentation, and continuous improvement. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational values while providing clear visibility and accountability.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Lead end‑to‑end project planning, execution, and delivery across Operations, Finance, Marketing, Information Technology, and Leadership teams
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Serve as the central coordination point, ensuring stakeholder alignment and clear communication of progress
  • Track project performance, dependencies, risks, and issues, proactively resolving roadblocks
  • Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and ensure accountability for deliverables
  • Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and leadership reports for visibility and decision‑making
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project workflows and execution efficiency
  • Ensure initiatives align with organizational values, quality standards, and operational excellence


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of project management experience within a manufacturing environment
  • 3+ years of experience leading cross‑functional initiatives involving Operations, Finance, Marketing, Information Technology, and Leadership
  • Demonstrated end‑to‑end ownership of multiple projects, including timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
  • Strong command of project planning, execution, and delivery methodologies
  • Hands‑on experience using project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
  • Experience creating project dashboards, reports, and performance tracking for leadership visibility
  • Proven ability to identify risks early, resolve issues, and continuously improve workflows
  • Relevant project management certification such as PMP, CAPM, or equivalent, considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of regulated or quality‑driven environments, considered an advantage
  • Strong English communication skills, written and verbal, with executive‑level clarity
  • Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Adaptable, proactive, and effective in fast‑paced, mission‑driven environments
