What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Conceptualize and execute high-quality graphic designs based on project briefs.
• Edit, maintain, and prepare various visual assets for E-commerce site usage.
• Create derivative artwork adaptations for all categories when new products are added to existing assortments.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of E-commerce platforms and artwork usage across digital channels.
• Possess knowledge of various materials, textures, and print properties for final artwork output.
• Collaborate with functional partners to define project goals and ensure deadlines are met.
• Work closely with the Creative Lead to oversee projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Support creative development and strategy for special projects.
• Log tasks accurately in Smartsheet to enable effective productivity tracking.
• Provide design support for client-related and ad hoc requests.
• Update basic materials as needed; complex materials provided by the ID team.
• Prepare files for review and conduct thorough revision rounds until final approval.
• Ensure consistent asset maintenance and organized archiving on the graphics storage server, applying basic tags and metadata.
• Actively contribute to the growth and development of the Design function.
• Collaborate with the Design and Product Creation Team to uphold a high standard of design excellence.
• Manage internal communications across a complex matrix, including Product Management, Industrial Design, and CMF Design.
• Address any artwork issues that arise during the production process.
• Adhere to a development timeline to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.

Who are we looking for?

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience as a Graphic Artist or in a similar field.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Basic knowledge of SketchUp, InDesign, and Blender (an advantage).
• Experience in 3D Modeling, Solidworks, and Keyshot (a plus).
• A sound understanding of brand guidelines.
• Knowledge of the creative and print production process.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with best design practices and current trends in graphic design.
• Strong analytical abilities and active listening skills.
• Ability to study and apply new information.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Comfort with receiving critical feedback.
• The ability to anticipate challenges and possess strong problem-solving skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a similar field (preferred).
