We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Production Artist to support product and packaging projects by creating and adapting artwork, producing renders, refining layouts, and preparing designs for production. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure high-quality visuals that align with project goals. With strong design software skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for creative excellence, you will play a key role in delivering impactful and innovative solutions.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Design and create product base artworks based on design specifications.
  • Own base artwork from concept and render through various development stages into production.
  • Modify and revise existing base artwork designs to meet customer expectations.
  • Create product renders (2 views/product with various colorways).
  • Update simple materials as needed; complex materials will be provided by the design team.
  • Render assigned projects in Keyshot.
  • Output files for review and conduct complete revision rounds leading to final approval.
  • Crop renderings (to extents) and upload to the Data Asset Management system with basic tags and/or metadata applied.
  • Take an active role in growing the design function within the organization.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider design and product creation team to promote world-class design.
  • Manage internal communications across a complex matrix, including product management, industrial design, and CMF design.
  • Maintain clean and consistent archives of final files in the graphics server.
  • Resolve any artwork issues that arise during production.
  • Follow a development timeline to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Stay up to date with current graphic design trends, techniques, and software.
  • Collaborate with the creative lead to define project goals and meet deadlines.
  • Ensure proper logging of tasks in Smartsheets for effective tracking of productivity.
  • Extend help for any design-related and ad-hoc requests.

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience as a Graphic Artist or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Basic knowledge of InDesign.
  • Strong photo manipulation skills.
  • Experience with 3D Modeling, Solidworks, and Keyshot (a plus).
  • A solid understanding of brand guidelines.
  • Knowledge of the creative and print production process.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to stay organized and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
  • Familiarity with best design practices and current trends in graphic design.
  • Strong analytical abilities and active listening skills.
  • Ability to study and apply new information.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable receiving critical feedback.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate challenges.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a similar field (preferred).
