What is your mission?

As a skilled Professional Services Automated Assurance Engineer with a telecommunications background. In this customer-facing role, you will use your technical expertise and communication skills to collaborate with clients and deliver automation solutions. Key responsibilities include gathering user requirements, implementing and configuring software solutions at client sites, customizing products, and creating custom data monitors to improve operational insights. 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Work directly with clients to gather requirements, design, and implement solutions
• Provide technical guidance to prepare hardware and/or cloud environments
• Lead solutions deployment, following best practices to:
  • Plan
  • Implement
  • Validate and Test
  • Document
  • Troubleshoot
  • Provide ongoing support
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through technical expertise and active listening
• Own projects from inception to final delivery
• Work independently with minimal supervision

Who are we looking for?

• 7 years of related experience in technical engineering
• 3 years of experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Expertise in telecom technologies including VOIP, 3G, 4G, 5G, and mobile technologies
• Experience in data analytics and data visualization
• Knowledge of audio clip handling and processing
