We are looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to support project documentation, drawing review, file management, and technical coordination across multiple projects. The role focuses on maintaining document control systems, reviewing technical drawings, extracting elevations for signage applications, ensuring compliance with documentation standards, and supporting project teams by delivering accurate, structured, and complete project records and technical documentation.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Manage and maintain project folders, server structures, and documentation systems.
  • Ensure compliance with file naming conventions, document standards, and revision controls.
  • Track, organize, and maintain project documentation, submissions, updates, and revisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of project documentation and deliverables.
  • Support Project Managers and Designers with documentation management and file organization.
  • Ensure project files align with internal standards and client requirements.
  • Coordinate documentation activities across multiple projects to maintain consistency and accuracy.
  • Review technical drawings and plans and extract elevations for signage applications.
  • Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Ensure project deliverables are complete, structured, accurate, and ready for submission.
  • Support project coordination activities and facilitate communication between stakeholders as needed.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Industrial Design, Drafting Technology, Construction Management, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, document control, design support, or technical administration.
  • Proven experience reviewing technical drawings, plans, and extracting elevations.
  • Strong experience in document control, file organization, revision management, and file naming convention compliance.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Basic exposure to design, signage, technical drawings, construction documentation, or drafting environments through education or work experience.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail when managing documentation and technical deliverables.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and projects.
  • Experience with Aconex or similar document management systems is an advantage.
  • Exposure to AutoCAD or Adobe Illustrator is preferred.
  • Background in signage, construction, fabrication, engineering, or technical project environments is a plus.
  • Experience supporting multiple projects, distributed teams, or international stakeholders is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with project teams.
