What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Discuss building and zoning code issues, including gray‑area interpretations, with project teams as directed
• Contribute creative design ideas, research insights, and technical details during design meetings and presentations
• Develop and participate in design presentations with architects, project managers, consultants, and leadership
• Produce high‑quality construction documents using Revit and BIM systems, including exploration of advanced system capabilities
• Control access to architectural drawings and files, ensuring proper availability for authorized personnel
• Develop construction drawings based on approved site plans, floor plans, schedules, and applicable codes
• Coordinate preliminary site plans with senior architects considering topography, surveys, easements, setbacks, and local standards
• Review grading and drainage plans for compliance with internal design standards
• Participate in weekly RFI and coordination meetings
• Support projects administratively while learning and applying design standards and procedures
• Assist with site observations during construction and preparation of conformance reports
• Coordinate and respond to RFIs, submittals, and change orders in a timely manner
• Coordinate with outside consultants, including architects, engineers, surveyors, and authorities
• Monitor consultant deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and timeline compliance
• Ensure compliance with ADA requirements in collaboration with senior architects
• Perform quality control reviews of consultant and internal drawings
• Promote teamwork, professionalism, schedule discipline, and timely delivery across projects

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years of professional experience in architectural project design roles, with role level aligned to experience if below senior threshold
• 7+ years of hands‑on experience using Revit for architectural design and construction documentation
• Demonstrated experience working with architectural firms or real estate project environments
• Strong understanding of architectural design processes, construction documents, and project deliverables
• Advanced knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination practices
• Experience using Enscape for rendering, considered an advantage
• High attention to detail and accuracy in design production and documentation
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple design priorities and deadlines
• Collaborative, professional, and structured working style in cross‑functional environments
