What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Content Oversight & Listing Management

    • Manage and maintain accurate content across Amazon and other eCommerce platforms.

    • Ensure listings are updated, optimized, and compliant with Amazon guidelines.

    • Collaborate with design and copy teams for content updates and enhancements.

  • Workflow & Project Coordination

    • Track content tasks, revisions, and deliverables to meet deadlines.

    • Maintain content calendars and manage team coordination for approvals.

    • Streamline cross-functional communication around content operations.

  • Content Quality Assurance

    • Review listings and marketing materials for errors and brand consistency.

    • Monitor platform policy changes to ensure ongoing compliance.

    • Conduct regular audits of live listings for accuracy and optimization opportunities.

  • Client & Team Communication Support

    • Draft client updates and content summaries as needed.

    • Serve as the point of contact between content creators, brand managers, and stakeholders.

  • Documentation & Process Improvement

    • Assist in developing and updating SOPs for content workflows.

    • Support process improvements for efficiency and scalability.

    • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks related to content production.

  • Other Duties as Assigned

    • Take on additional responsibilities based on team needs and individual capabilities.

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 2 years of experience in an Amazon agency in a coordinator, administrative, or project management role, with a background in graphic design.

  • Prior experience in content management.

  • Familiarity with content and project management tools such as AsanaFigmaGoogle Workspace, and Adobe Suite.

  • Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central or other eCommerce platforms.

  • Advanced graphic design skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work a split schedule: 6 hours during local time and 2 hours overlapping with U.S. business hours.
