We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QA Assistant to support the testing and quality assurance of our in-house systems developed by the DevOps team. This is an entry-level role, ideal for fresh graduates or career shifters who are eager to grow their career in software testing, QA automation, and system validation. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our systems while gaining valuable experience in the field.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Assist in performing manual testing of web-based internal systems and tools

  • Execute test cases based on functional and technical requirements

  • Document and report bugs, errors, and inconsistencies clearly and accurately

  • Work closely with developers and QA leads to validate bug fixes and new features

  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) with internal stakeholders

  • Help maintain documentation for test cases, processes, and release notes

  • Provide feedback on usability, performance, and general quality of the applications

  • Learn and grow towards automation testing and deeper QA methodologies over time


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field

  • No professional experience required; internship or academic exposure to software development or QA is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and logical thinking

  • Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

  • Familiarity with web and mobile applications

  • Good documentation and communication skills

  • Exposure to QA concepts or tools (e.g., Postman, Selenium) is a plus but not required
