We are looking for a detail-oriented Recruiting Support And Data Entry Specialist to manage applicant tracking system updates, data entry, record management, and employee communications to support high-volume staffing operations. The role ensures accurate candidate documentation, onboarding coordination, reporting, and administrative support, while maintaining data integrity, workflow efficiency, and timely communication across recruiting and staffing functions.

What is your mission?

  • Enter, update, and maintain candidate and employee records in Applicant Tracking Systems ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Audit, verify, and correct data discrepancies, documentation, and record statuses
  • Organize and maintain electronic files, employee records, and documentation systems
  • Send assignment details, reporting instructions, shift confirmations, and reminders to employees
  • Conduct employee check-ins, arrival confirmations, and attendance tracking
  • Document employee communications, feedback, and staffing updates
  • Handle employee cancellations and coordinate workflow handoffs across teams
  • Provide administrative support for onboarding, payroll coordination, and staffing workflows
  • Maintain and support Applicant Tracking System reporting, data cleanup, and system updates
  • Communicate staffing changes, employee status updates, and operational reports to relevant departments
  • Support high-volume staffing operations and seasonal workforce demands
  • Perform data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks while ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, recruiting support, or customer service environments
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and web-based systems
  • Strong knowledge of data entry processes, record management, and documentation tracking
  • Proven experience in employee communication, scheduling coordination, and staffing support workflows
  • Ability to manage high-volume data processing with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Advanced ability in multitasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently, maintain productivity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrates accountability, adaptability, and professionalism in high-pressure environments
