The Recruitment Accounts Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the relationships with key accounts to ensure the successful placement of candidates. This role requires a blend of sales, client management, and recruitment expertise to effectively meet the hiring needs of clients while maintaining high levels of satisfaction and retention.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Understand client needs and requirements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment solutions.

Account Management:

  • ​Develop and implement account management strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Recruitment Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to match suitable candidates to client job openings.
  • Oversee the recruitment process to ensure it aligns with client expectations and timelines.
  • Provide guidance and support to recruiters to enhance candidate placement success rates.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on account status, recruitment metrics, and client feedback.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on account performance.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or account management.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and CRM systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
