We are looking for a Reservationist to manage inbound guest calls, create and modify reservations, document requests, and coordinate private dining inquiries while ensuring accuracy and exceptional service. You will use reservation systems, maintain booking records, follow workflows, manage guest preferences, support admin tasks, and help convert inquiries into confirmed reservations.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Answer inbound customer phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Take accurate messages and document guest requests using reservation software.
  • Respond to guest inquiries regarding restaurant details, operating hours, menus, availability, and dining times.
  • Create, confirm, modify, and cancel reservations across standard dining, large parties, private rooms, and special events.
  • Verify and reconfirm booking details and capture guest preferences including dietary and seating needs.
  • Handle inquiries for private dining and group bookings, including pricing and availability coordination.
  • Use reservation and booking platforms such as OpenTableSevenRoomsResy, or similar tools.
  • Maintain accurate reservation records, follow workflows, and support administrative coordination tasks.
  • Upsell preferred times, larger party options, and special events when appropriate.
  • Help convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and support guest‑focused service delivery.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a hotel reservationist or in a hospitality reservations role with strong customer service background.
  • Experience handling phone‑based customer interactions and managing bookings, private rooms, or group reservations; familiarity with OpenTableSevenRoomsResy, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Excellent phone etiquette with neutral accent, clear enunciation, strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, follow workflows, and learn new reservation software.
  • Customer‑friendly, polite, service‑oriented communication style, with strong English communication skills and the ability to work accurately in high‑volume environments.
