We are looking for a Retirement Plan Administrator to manage compliance, contributions, testing, and reporting. Responsibilities include eligibility review, contribution allocations, ADP/ACP testing, asset reconciliation, annual valuations, and government filings (5500 series, 8955-SSA, 5330). The role also involves vesting calculations, loans, distributions, RMDs, and client interactions. Proficiency in Relius, PensionPro, Office 365, and Adobe Professional is required.

What is your mission?.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Review employee census data for eligibility determination
Manage contribution allocations, including:
- Employer Match, Safe Harbor, New Comparability, Integrated, Pro-Rata
- Non-discrimination testing (ADP/ACP calculations, failure/refund options)
Perform asset reconciliation and annual valuation preparation
Prepare government filings, including:
- Form 5500, 5500-SF, 5500-EZ, 8955-SSA, 5330
Calculate vesting and review plan distributions, loans, and required minimum distributions (RMDs)
Maintain client-facing interactions and provide expert guidance

Who are we looking for?

4-5 years of experience in plan administration, processing 401(k), and other U.S. benefits
Proficient in MS Excel and strong numerical skills
Software: Relius, PensionPro, Office 365, Adobe Professional
Excellent communication skills
