We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to drive business growth by managing customer relationships, acquiring new clients, and overseeing the sales and marketing strategy. This role involves engaging with potential and existing customers, developing quotations, coordinating with operations, and ensuring competitive pricing. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, strategic planning abilities, and a deep understanding of the foundry industry.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Learn and remain current on all production aspects
Work with operations to establish and maintain competitive pricing
Handle quoting, order entry, and order management
Forecast sales on a quarterly and annual basis
Assist in budget planning and monitoring
Travel as needed to visit customers and attend technical trade shows
Troubleshoot casting and/or order-related issues as needed
Complete weekly expense reports as applicable
Complete monthly trip reports as applicable
Assist in strategic planning
Perform other duties as assigned

Who are we looking for?

Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and SEO
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong social media proficiency
Solid understanding of SEO principles and strategies
