We are seeking enthusiastic and results-oriented Sales Demo Booking Specialists to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to our existing clients to schedule appointments for our Inside Sales Demo Specialists. Your primary goal will be to secure qualified appointments and arrange product demos that can generate sales opportunities.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to existing clients using a provided list to schedule product demo appointments.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and assess their interest in our solutions.
  • Qualify clients and ensure appointments are set with decision-makers.
  • Coordinate and schedule demo appointments with the Inside Sales Demo Specialists.
  • Update CRM systems with accurate details on calls, interactions, and appointments.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm scheduled demo times and reschedule as necessary.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly booking targets.

Who are we looking for?

  • A minimum of 5-6 years of proven experience in appointment setting, customer-facing roles, or preferably in a sales environment.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in handling objections, persuading, and negotiating effectively.
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team player.
