We are seeking for a Sales Development Representative who will be generating interest in Clients’ services, with a focus on the technology and SaaS sectors. You will work closely with the Head of Go-To-Market to develop effective outbound strategies, identify new prospects, and schedule meetings with key decision-makers such as CTOs, CEOs, and CISOs. This is a critical role for growing Clients' base, and we are looking for a dynamic individual who is motivated to be a part of a fast-paced, evolving team.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Develop and execute multi-channel outbound strategies, including email, cold calling, and social outreach, targeting SaaS and technology companies, and high-growth startups.
• Identify and engage with key decision-makers, such as Founders, CTOs, CISOs, VP/Directors of Engineering, through personalized outreach.
• Leverage tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and MixMax to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
• Schedule meetings for the Head of Go-To-Market and Account Executives by effectively communicating the value of Clients’ services.
• Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and manage opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring consistent follow-ups and data integrity.
• Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to provide feedback on lead quality and refine messaging based on performance data.
• Develop a deep understanding of Clients’ value proposition and services to effectively articulate the benefits to potential clients.

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 1-2 Years experience in outbound prospecting or sales development, preferably in the SaaS or technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MixMax.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Access to a computer and reliable internet connection.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to work US Shift / Hours.
  • Ability to engage with diverse audiences, including C-level executives, through clear and compelling messaging.
  • Capable of managing a high volume of leads, outreach efforts, and follow-ups while maintaining data accuracy in Salesforce.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, continuously refining your approach to improve results and manage your book of Sales strategically.
  • Able to overcome challenges, think on your feet, and adapt strategies to engage hard-to-reach prospects.
  • A desire to learn, grow, and give and receive feedback to improve performance.
