We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Order Specialist to assist in managing and processing sales orders from Education customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering purchase orders, assisting with payments, processing returns, and providing shipping updates. You will play a key role in ensuring that our orders are processed efficiently and accurately while maintaining excellent customer service.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Receive and enter Purchase Orders from SAP Ariba into Shopify for processing and fulfillment.
  • Match Purchase Orders from ClassWallet with pending payments in Shopify for processing and fulfillment.
  • Help manage and provide updates on shipping and tracking information for orders.
  • Assist with processing credit card payments and manage any related inquiries.
  • Handle returns and refunds, ensuring that they are processed smoothly.
  • Enter sample requests into a master tracking sheet and ensure proper fulfillment.
  • Assist with account creation by receiving tax exemption certificates from new customers, and sharing Clients' W9 as requested.


Who are we looking for?

  • At least 2 years' experience in Order Management / Order Processing.
  • Experience in using Shopify for order processing is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for tracking orders and sample requests.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with ClassWallet is a plus.
