This role involves managing communication, maintaining sales databases, assisting with sales orders, and supporting customer service efforts. What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for sales projects and teams.

  • Manage communication tasks such as preparing reports, correspondence, and summarizing mail/documents.

  • Handle sales orders in ERP systems and assist with Accounts Receivable inquiries and follow-up.

  • Offer customer service support by providing order updates, payment reminders, and addressing inquiries.

  • Maintain and update sales databases within the ERP system.

  • Create and manage spreadsheets for tracking data and inventory.

  • Analyze and interpret data to generate reports, offering recommendations based on findings.

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met.

  • Proactively communicate project updates, strategy changes, and updated KPIs across departments.

  • Assist with territory marketing activities, including promotions, budget tracking, and content creation for social media.

  • Research and stay informed on sales and industry trends, particularly in the cannabis sector.

  • Work collaboratively with internal departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and HR.

  • Follow internal policies, procedures, and SOPs to ensure compliance.


Who are we looking for?

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Project Coordinator.

  • Proven experience in project coordination and handling projects.

  • Strong background in data compilation and analysis.

  • Experience working with sales databases and understanding sales workflows.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.

  • Experience in creating and analyzing reports.

  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

  • Willingness to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig.
