We are seeking a Sales Associate I who is highly motivated, eager to learn, passionate, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. In this role, you will provide pre-sales and post-sales support to our customers and sales managers in the EMEA region.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner client by performing these tasks:

  • Set up and maintain customer accounts and details using Oracle EBS/HTML/OSC systems.
  • Support the sales team by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Manage the entire order processing workflow, from purchase order (PO) receipt and validation to order confirmation, fulfillment, and shipment delivery.
  • Ensure all purchase order details are accurate and complete.
  • Verify orders against inventory and forecasts.
  • Review, understand, and communicate vendor business and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with customers, distributors, and sales representatives to resolve PO-related issues.
  • Work closely with Planning, Logistics, and IT teams to address supply chain concerns.
  • Undertake special tasks and assignments as required.

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 4 years of experience working in a BPO environment, particularly in the consumer goods and supply chain industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Order Fulfillment and Order Management processes.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Oracle systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information professionally and effectively in writing, in person, and over the phone.
  • Advanced computer skills, including a high level of proficiency in MS Suite.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to interpret and present data clearly.
  • Proven reliability, discretion, and efficiency in managing a demanding workload.
  • Capability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
