We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Support Associate I with strong communication and problem-solving skills to provide pre-sales and aftersales support to our customers and program managers.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner client by performing these tasks:

  • Set-up accounts and maintain customer details (Oracle EBS/HTML/OSC).
  • Act as a subject matter expert on brand products and customer onboarding process.
  • Perform customer account management, ensuring correct account mapping in OSC and EBS, account set-up and relevant documents are kept up to date. 
  • Management of vendor portals
  • Manage customer price lists
  • Run necessary sales reports and provide sound analysis
  • Research charge backs and other errors/discrepancies (root cause analysis).
  • Review, understand and communicate vendor business and compliance requirements.
  • Work with customers, internal stakeholders, and sales reps to resolve PO issues.
  • Work with Planning, Logistics and IT to resolve supply chain issues.
  • Manage customer programs with cross functional teams.
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Partner and work across the sales and operations teams to achieve strategic targets.
  • Initiate innovative ideas to increase process efficiency and improve customer experience.
  • Perform special tasks and assignments as needed.


Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the B2B industry, preferably in a BPO setup.
  • Virtual Assistant experience is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Order and Account Management is preferred.
  • Proficient in Power BI and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to understand client needs to boost customer engagement.
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Initiative and effective task prioritization.
  • Strong time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for working effectively with teams and individuals.
  • Ability to handle sensitive inquiries or complaints while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Adaptability to changing business requirements and deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic, including punctuality and professionalism.
