We are looking for a Sales Support - Renewal Installation specialist to support our renewal team in updating and managing client information. The role involves coordinating with the team, accurately updating records, and handling multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate is organized, independent, and skilled in communication and problem-solving, with a focus on process improvement and staying informed about US healthcare policies related to renewals.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks: 

  • Identify and report issues and opportunities for improvement related to processes and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to Renewal processes, including reports, metrics, and improvement plans.
  • Participate in meetings as needed.
  • Analyze customer purchases and update client records in our system accurately and timely.
  • Coordinate with renewal team to understand client requirements and to obtain missing information.
  • Track and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Process internal and external requests related to the client’s renewal.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to US healthcare and health policy renewal.
  • Supporting and sustaining a positive work environment that fosters team performance through own work and behavior.
  • Performing special tasks and assignments as needed.


Who are we looking for?

  • At least 1 year of experience in data entry and analysis.
  • Prior experience in US health insurance or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with individuals and teams across all organizational levels.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Open to handling special tasks as needed, even if outside the primary role.
  • Willing to work on Philippine holidays and on-site.
