In this role, you will create and support custom Salesforce solutions, including workflows, triggers, APEX development, and integrations with AppExchange and legacy platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, particularly in Java, and deep expertise in Salesforce. What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

 Salesforce Development and Customization

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, flows, Apex triggers, Visualforce pages, SOQL, and Lightning components to meet business requirements.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce applications and solutions to support user needs, ensuring optimal functionality and usability.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of new Salesforce features and customizations to ensure functionality aligns with business objectives and best practices.

Integration and Data Management

  • Support integration between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using middleware, APIs, and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms.
  • Implement and maintain data management processes, including data imports, exports, and validation, to ensure data integrity within Salesforce.
  • Develop and execute data migration and cleansing activities as needed to improve data accuracy and usability within Salesforce.

Technical Documentation and Standards

  • Document all customizations, development processes, and workflows in Salesforce, maintaining up-to-date technical documentation for internal use.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to define and implement Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of system configurations, custom code, and integration setups to facilitate troubleshooting and future development.

Support and Troubleshooting

  • Provide second-tier technical support for Salesforce-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving user problems in a timely manner.
  • Monitor system performance, proactively addressing potential issues to ensure optimal system health and availability.
  • Act as a technical resource for questions related to Salesforce features and capabilities, offering support and guidance to end users and internal teams.

Project Collaboration and Requirements Gathering

  • Collaborate with stakeholders in Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Participate in project planning, design, and implementation phases, providing technical insights and support to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Support project documentation efforts, including timelines, milestones, and technical specifications, to ensure alignment with project objectives and successful delivery.

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 3 to 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • With 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Account Engagement Marketing Cloud, and SF CMS.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Visual Studio, and Workbench.
  • Familiarity with tools like Stripe, Resolve Pay, Avalara, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Shopify, JIRA, Bitbucket, and SF DevOps is a plus.
  • Experience in integration, data management, and web development.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to push back on deadlines to ensure code is thoroughly tested and sandboxed before production.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems, as well as provide documentation, guidance, and instruction to users.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and embrace new technologies, applications, and solutions.
  • Initiative, resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Effective prioritization, time management, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced, growing company environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a directly related field.
