What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Manage financial reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations in accordance with GAAP.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, accounts payable, and receivables.
• Prepare and review AP transactions for disbursements, ensuring no unusual activity.
• Reconcile deposits from the ERP system to cash accounts.
• Handle ad hoc financial projects as required.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy in all accounting functions.

Who are we looking for?

• 4+ years of accounting experience with a strong understanding of financial processes.
• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles.
• Proficient in QuickBooks or Sage Intacct for financial management and reporting.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLookUp, XLookUp, Index Matching, PIVOT tables, SUMIFS, and other advanced formulas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
