What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Set up accounting systems and migrate opening balances.
• Prepare management accounts and statutory financial statements.
• Manage a portfolio of over 100 small and medium clients, providing accounting and administrative support.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients on day-to-day accounting matters and queries.
• Ensure client deliverables meet agreed timelines.
• Oversee an outsourced accounting team to maintain clients’ books.
• Assist other departments with general accounting matters.
• Perform other incidental tasks as assigned.

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience handling multiple clients.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
• Experience with US Tax preparations and Sales Tax.
• Strong skills in MS Excel.
• Good interpersonal skills and a strong command of English.
• Experience with NetSuite or Accounting CS software.
• Familiarity with RAMP, Bill.com, and Zoho.
